The house has a living room, dining room, deck, toilet, kitchen, laundry room with 10kg washing machine, two bedrooms on the ground floor (the main one en suite with a bathroom with hydromassage and double sink, the other with two beds and also with an en suite bathroom), two bedrooms on the upper floor (one with low beds and bow window and the other with beds) and a full bathroom with a bathtub shared by both rooms.  Garage and barbecue grill. The space The house, unique in its surroundings, surrounded by nature, meters from the lake, accommodates 6/8 people in four bedrooms.  On the Llao Llao peninsula, within walking distance of one of Bariloche's most important hotels, allowing you to enjoy some of the services offered by the hotel. Guest access On the same lot of more than half a hectare is another property, which can accommodate up to 4 people and can be rented next to this house, or separately. The land has a shore on Lake Moreno, with a dock and a solarium deck with lounge chairs. Depending on the season, you can harvest our fruit trees (plums, cherries, apples, sour cherries, apricots and pears). Other things to note We also have boat and semi-rigid rental service.
