Enjoy your meals on the designer farm table, or grill and eat outside using the newer Weber gas grill and the porch tables & chairs. The house boasts three peacefully decorated upstairs bedrooms with brilliant lakefront views in the king and queen bedrooms, and a spacious breezy bedroom with a bunk bed and two single beds. Pamper yourself in newer top-quality mattresses and soft linens in all bedrooms. Two freshly remodeled full baths complete with fluffy towels and soaps complement the upstairs and downstairs spaces. A spacious all-cedar outdoor shower is in the back of the house, next to the new landscaping. So come enjoy serene, picturesque Caspian Lake – swim, kayak and sunbathe from the private dock that is only 40 steps from the porch. Hike and explore Greensboro or take in dazzling sunsets & stargazing from the dock. Visit Highland Center for the arts and the acclaimed breweries and distilleries, or just lounge around at the lake house. Guest access The entire cottage, the private dock, the swim raft, along with the 4 kayaks with flotation vests. 3 adult bikes available. Bring your own helmets. Other things to note 7-night minimum stay, Friday-to-Friday. We require a liability waiver to be signed upon confirmation of your stay. Sorry, due to my severe allergies, no pets allowed. The dock is for swimming only. No diving! No boat mooring or boat launch available.
