Check-out time is strictly at 12noon to prepare the unit for the next guests. Any damage or loss shall be paid by the guest. We conduct an inspection before and upon checkout to determine any damage or loss. We require Php 1000 refundable security deposit upon check-in We charge Php 500 for lost keys. No smoking inside the unit and No pets allowed. Parking area is near the clubhouse, which is 500 meters away from the unit. There are shuttles going around every 15 mins, just approach any Wind Residences attendants to assist you. We are not responsible for any lost possessions. Always make sure that to lock the unit and turn off the lights and appliances when going out. We are not responsible for any lost possessions. The buildings have 24/7 security CCTV and guards.
