Boat tours depart from the opposite side of the house. There are a lot of magnificent views in the surrounding area. Shops, shopping and entertainment centers, numerous attractions. The windows overlook the courtyard - very quiet. The kitchen is 18 square meters. Two separate rooms 12+10. Sleeping arrangements: 2+2+1 (two double beds and a sofa). Modern bathroom tile, regular bathtub (not a Jacuzzi!!) All household appliances. Laminate floor. Very cozy and homey apartment. Cable TV, Wi-Fi Guest access Parking is possible if there is a free space in the yard. My guests have two small bedrooms (with two double beds) and a kitchen-living room with a sleeping place. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 5 people. Check-in is after 3pm The entrance to the apartment is from the courtyard, not from the embankment. When using the sofa as a sleeping place, please warn in advance, as two double beds are made for 4 guests. Dear smokers, when you go out to smoke in the yard, remember that this is a well yard and our neighbors in the yard can hear every word you say, and even more so laughter and loud communication!! For smoking in the apartment, a full deposit will be charged. Parties and celebrations are allowed only in bars and restaurants, but not here. There are many cafes and restaurants, entertainment venues, museums around the house, within a walking distance. Quiet hours in our city are from 11pm to 8am. Please treat your temporary neighbors with respect as you would like to be treated in an unfamiliar city. Other things to note Fontanka is a free parking area, parking is not prohibited here. Paid parking is available on Rubinstein Street within a 3-minute walk. Check-out before 12:00.
