The apartment is very well located, you are right in the middle and yet it is relatively quiet for Neukölln conditions. You can easily find a parking space, there are many public transport (U7 and U8) in the immediate vicinity. With train its like 10 mins to the city centre. Many nice bars, restaurants and parks a few minutes away. Most of the top spots and places to be in Neukölln are just a couple of minutes walking distance. It is equipped with a large desk, a sofa bed for the third person and a 140cm wide bed, with a very good and comfortable mattress. I will leave you stuff like books, magazines to read if u like.
