Duplex penthouse with sea view

I AM WAITING FOR YOUR CONTACT (don't worry, the reservation is not instant). EXCELLENT LOCATION on INDAIÁ beach, INDAIA NEIGHBORHOOD. (a noble neighborhood, sun rises in front of you; little birds humming in the morning, a show) I DON'T ACCEPT GROUPS. FAMILY ONLY. (will only carry sheets, bath and beach towels). The space private barbecue, that is only for those staying in my apartment. Guest entrance only with authorization issued by me, owner. (with everyone's name) Garagem = 1 space; but the back street is super quiet to park. I don't accept animals, don't insist. Guest access The swimming pool is in common use for all guests of the list, but only those who are in the authorization list of which is delivered by me to the Building Manager may be used. Friends trained on the beach, relatives who are not in the relationship (even for visitors) are not accepted. My motto is cleanliness; I'm extremely picky about it. Other things to note Accommodations up to 8 people (each in their accommodation). 2 double beds (4 persons), one normal size and the other Queem, 1 bicama (2 people) and 4 extra large mattresses. I DON'T ACCEPT ANIMALS!!!!! (don't insist). I do not accept entrance of sporadic visitors, only those who stay overnight and are in the list of entry authorization, which is checked and delivered to the manager of my condominium.
