We also provide free drinking water throughout your stay – both for your comfort and to help reduce plastic waste. Guest access You'll access the flat via a secure lockbox. The entry code will be shared by 3 PM on your check-in day. Underground parking is available with advance notice – please let us know if you need it. Other things to note We appreciate open communication. If something needs attention, please let us know promptly so we can resolve it. To ensure you're never without drinking water, just let us know when you finish a bottle. Cleaning is available 2–3 times weekly, based on your preference – we’ll coordinate convenient times with you.
