In the heart of the Tuscan hills between Pisa and Florence, surrounded by nature, the "Podere Il Leccione offers the meeting point between relaxation, fun, art and gastronomy. Just 2 km from the centre of Palaia, surrounded by woods and olive trees, "Podere Il Leccione" offers its guests the certainty of spending a relaxing holiday. Nearby you can find many typical restaurants where you can taste and delight in the genuine and tasty dishes of Tuscan cuisine The space We will be happy to welcome you in a quiet and family atmosphere! The villa is about 180 square meters large and is finely furnished with the warm and welcoming style of country houses, terracotta floors and ceilings with old exposed wooden beams. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, a living area, a bedroom and two bathrooms. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The villa is surrounded by a large gravel square on which dominates a huge secular holm oak "IL LECCIONE". At the back of the house there is the swimming pool (7x5), and a large garden with deck chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue and large patio where you can eat on hot summer evenings. Guest access We rent our villa exclusively. Our guests have free and exclusive access to garden, pool and patio. Other things to note The price includes the following services : - internet wi-fi - bed linen, bath linen and kitchen linen - barbecue - swimming pool - electricity and gas water consumption - washing machine SWIMMING POOL : open from 01 May TOURIST TAX is not included in the price. The cost is 2 euro per day only for the first 5 days of stay, to be paid for guests aged 10 years or more. HEATING is not included in the price. The cost is 7 euro per m3 to be calculated based on actual consumption. TOWELS and bed linen included in the price. Weekly change is not included, to be paid on the spot. There is an additional cost that requires bed linen and towels in addition to that already provided. Private cooking classes are available upon request at our facility. You can also book a cooking session with a cook at the property, who prepares traditional Tuscan dishes.
