Country Resort - Hill Cottage A - Violet Hill Park

NOTE: We offer a 10% discount for 2 nights or more. Violet Hill Park is set on 106 acres & is operating as a small scale farm. The property also offers 4 self contained farm cottages, with many other features to be shared by guests: • Large Pool • Cabana / Entertainment area (with air hockey & ping pong) • Tennis Court • Sand volleyball court This booking is for Hill Cottage A, which is adjoining Hill Cottage B which may be occupied by other guests at the time of your stay. The space See the Property Map in the photos to get a feel for the layout of the property. Guest access Violet Hill Park is located on Violet Hill Road, Boolambayte, which is a dirt road. Further along the road you will come to the Violet Hill boat ramp and the beautiful Myall Lakes. We have plenty of room to park your boat or jet ski etc. Only 30 minutes to Seal Rocks and just 10 min to Bulahdelah township, or take a drive to Forster, only 50 minutes away. Other things to note There are steep stairs leading to the loft bedroom, we have a child gate available if needed. Each cottage is self contained and guests need to self cater and bring their own drinking water as the cottages are on tank water. TV reception is unreliable, however we offer a free, help yourself, DVD library which is located in the Cabana by the pool. Mobile reception is unreliable and WiFi unavailable. This cottage contains a fire place which is not for use during summer or warmer months. All shared areas must be left clean and tidy at all times and all personal items removed after every use. The Cabana is open between 7:30am and 9pm, unless otherwise arranged. Note: any photos containing alcohol bottles are for display purposes only, we do not provide alcohol.
