You're in paradise! at Casa Ecocatu The space Casa Ecocatu is a comfortable, new 90 m2 single-family home, + 30 m2 of wooden terraces. It was built with quality materials, noble woods (Sucupira from Para – Jatoba – Massaranduba and treated Eucalyptus) and the know-how of a qualified company. It consists of 2 comfortable suites with terrace, a large tropical garden, a private pool, a gazebo with hammocks and a BBQ. The Master Suite has a king size bed, a large and bright bathroom with a roof opening to see the sky and stars, it's very nice, it also has a terrace with hammock. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, a nice bathroom and a terrace with hammock. The fully equipped kitchen has a beautiful Moroccan zellige above the waxed concrete worktop and colored 'ladrilhos' cement tiles on the floor, the window is lifted thanks to a pulley and opens to make a bar, overlooking the main terrace with pool view. The dining room has a beautiful round table and is open to the TV lounge with comfortable handmade furniture by local craftsman Fio including the baby high chair. Floors are polished concrete (cimento queimado). Deca bathroom amenities, Electrolux appliances, some of the dishes and pots are imported from Switzerland. Bedding is Ortobom brand and Mmartan and Ligne Hotel linens. Lighting fixtures made by local artisan Lau from BelasArtes. Guest access The entrance gate to the house and access to the covered parking is in our property. However, you have a garden gate that gives direct access to the beach path. Other things to note Casa Ecocatu is located on the same plot as our own house, separated by a green fence. We live there year-round, so we are always available. We adopted all our pets from the street. The 4 female dogs Caramel, Cinnamon, Ginger and Cayenne, a 2-month-old baby adopted in February 2023 are very nice, playful and curious but above all are our best guardians! We also have 5 cats, Curry, Chili, Minette, Anis and Maggi they live in our house, but they like to go around the property, you will surely see Anis crossing through your garden...
