This is a comfortable and convenient family home. It is 148 m² on 830 m² of land, located in a quiet subdivision. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, a large bright living room overlooking the terrace and garden. The space On the ground floor you will find the living room with 2 sofas to relax, read, play... and a living room with a large family table. The kitchen is fully equipped, with storage. A bedroom that we condemn. An office. Toilets separate from the living room. In the utility room, you will find the washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (1 in 140 x 190 and 2 in 140 x 200) and storage. We offer a mattress on the floor for the 7th person. A bathroom with 2 sinks and a bathtub. Separate toilet. Mezzanine. The plancha is ready. The house is waiting for you! Guest access There are several parking spaces so you can park right in front of the house. Other things to note Bed linen is provided (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases). Towels can be rented at the rate of 5 euros/person for towels (bath sheet, standard towel, washcloth). When you leave, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels must be put in the laundry room. Household products are provided. The house must be returned as clean as when you arrived. This way of doing things allows me not to charge you a cleaning fee. If you don't want to do this, I can ask a trusted person to do the cleaning after you leave for a cost of 80 euros.
