Little Ginger

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop. The space Little Ginger is a self contained studio which is attached to the main residence. There is a private, seperate entrance with free, undercover, designated parking space. There is also soundproofing walls between the studio and the main residence to ensure both parties remain separate and private. The studio features a luxurious King bed with cotton linen where you can watch cable or movies on the smart TV which includes Netflix. There is an outdoor bathtub and shower, as well as an indoor double rain shower in the ensuite. *Please keep in mind, the studio is an open concept, therefore there is no shower door, and no door or curtain from the bathroom to the bedroom/living areas* There is a complete kitchenette including a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, and hotplate.*Please note that while the kitchen is fully equipped, there is no exhaust fan. We recommend doing most of your cooking outside on the BBQ and only using the hotplate for small things* There is a large decking area where you can relax and enjoy your holiday before or after taking a stroll into town, approx. 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to all the shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, and brewery. *Our super friendly Boss Cat "Simon" sometimes sleeps out under the ginger trees or the decking area so he may say hello but he's a little bit of a scaredy cat, usually fine with girls, just a bit hesitant around boys.* Guest access Guests have their own designated, covered parking space in the carport on the right. There is a lockbox in the carport where the keys are kept so that guests can check in on their own anytime after check in. Other things to note There is a ceiling fan and oil heater for internal climate control which works a treat as long as you keep the curtains closed on hot days. There are also multiple louvers with fly screens for airflow. The studio is not suitable more than 2 people, toddlers, or pets.
