Visiting in winter? You're less than 1/2 mile from the Mt Bachelor shuttle! Please note the 30 day minimum stay due to local regulations. The space Our fully restored and fabulous 4 bedroom, 2 bath home was recently renovated. The open kitchen with bar seating and table is ideal for keeping everyone connected. You'll love the vaulted ceilings and warm wood tones in the living room with a large screen TV. The gas fireplace keeps you cozy! Master bedroom upstairs offers a king bed and the bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed is great for groups traveling together. Two full bathrooms (one on each level) means plenty to go around. Two smaller bedrooms upstairs can be used as quiet office space or additional rooms for your whole crew. Includes two desks and monitors that can make it easier to work from your home away from home! Covered back patio has a full size dining table and lots of chairs for larger groups. Front porch features two Adirondack loungers to relax and enjoy your morning coffee. Last but not least, there's a mud room off the back patio which has tons of hooks, shelves, etc. to store your stuff so you're ready for whatever adventure you're planning! Bike parking available. Guest access You will have access to the entire 4 bedroom house. The front yard, side yard, and covered back patio are available to our guests. Ample seating in the front and back allow you to enjoy the outdoors. One on-site parking spot is available in the driveway (accessed by the alley) and there is additional free street parking in front of the house. Ask about garage access to securely store your large size gear! Other things to note Want to float the river? Just walk over to McKay Park, float down to Drake Park, and walk back to the house. No shuttle needed! Love biking? Jump on the Deschutes River Trail right across the street for miles of exploration or take the Bend Trail directly from the house to world-class mountain biking at Phil's Trails just 4 miles away! Ready to hit the slopes? Walk less than 1/2 mile to the Mt. Bachelor Park-n-Ride to catch the shuttle!
