Full check-in details, including the lockbox code and instructions, will be sent to you around 5 PM the evening before your check-in date. 📍 Convenient Access: The apartment is located in a modern building with a lift, making it easy to reach with luggage. 🕒 Check-in is from 3 PM, but if you need an earlier check-in, let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate if possible. If you have any questions or need assistance, I’m always happy to help! 😊 Other things to note 🚗 Parking: There is parking available nearby, including at Hove Train Station, just a short walk away. However, spaces can be limited when events are on, so it’s a good idea to check for availability in advance. Full parking details will be provided upon booking. 🛏️ Sofa Bed: If your booking is for two people and you'd like the sofa bed made up, please note that there is a small additional charge of £10. This goes directly to my cleaner to cover the costs of preparing the bed. NOTE: I have responded to guest feedback and have recently replaced the sofa bed with a brand new sofa bed from John Lewis. 🚫 No Smoking & No Parties: The apartment is non-smoking, and parties or events are not allowed to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbors.
