Self check-in is provided via a secure lockbox for a smooth and flexible arrival. Full check-in details, including the lockbox code and instructions, will be sent at around 5pm on the evening before your arrival. The apartment is in a modern building with lift access, making it convenient to reach with luggage. Check-in is from 3pm. Other things to note PARKING Parking is available nearby, including at Hove Station just a short walk away. Spaces can be limited, especially during busy periods or when local events are on, so it is worth checking availability in advance. Full parking details will be shared after booking. SOFA BED If your booking is for two guests or more and you would like the sofa bed made up, this can be arranged for an additional charge of £12. This is paid directly to the cleaner to cover the cost of preparation. The sofa bed has also recently been replaced with a brand new John Lewis sofa bed following guest feedback. HOUSE RULES The apartment is strictly non-smoking, and parties or events are not permitted. This helps ensure a peaceful and respectful stay for guests and neighbours alike.
