Our ground floor apartment is situated in the heart of the historic Town of Dunblane. Train station, bars, restaurants and Cafes are all on our door step giving you great opportunities to explore all. The historical Cathedral is only a 5 minute walk. Just around the corner you can enjoy a peaceful walk along side the River Allan. The space Our newly fitted modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for a short stay. Enjoy our welcome basket which is equipped with a fresh loaf of bread a selection of jams, fresh milk and coffee. Our breakfast bar has 2 comfy stools and can also be used as a work space if needed. Relax and unwind in our luxurious jacuzzi bath with great mood lighting to help you de-stress and enjoy the moment. Our bathroom is also equipped with a newly fitted walk in shower, toilet, sink, shampoo, shower gel, heated towel rail and large soft Egyptian cotton bath towels. In the bedroom you can settle down for the night in the king size solid oak bed with Egyptian cotton bed sheets. The bedroom has a large wardrobe and comfy chair and a full length mirror. We keep a extra duvet & pillows for our guests to use if needed. The living room is equipped with a Lounge sofa, new 43" smart tv with Netflix and free sat installed for you. We have a small selection of books and board games for you to enjoy. We have a easy to use nest thermastat located on the wall next to the boiler so you can adjust the heating settings to suit. Our wash-house is located at the back of the property which is accessed through the back door of the close. It is equipped with: washing machine, tumble dryer, electric heater, sweeping brush, mop, iron and ironing board. Personal items like wet outdoor clothing, golf clubs and bikes would fit in this area if needed. There is also an outdoor tap on the building. Parking outside the property is paid from 9am - 5.30pm and costs £1.20 for 4 hours. Other options are; A 1 minute walk across the bridge at Tesco car park (bottom half) is £2.60 per day. The top half of Tesco has free parking for 4 hours and there is free parking across from the police station just a 3 minute walk. Dunblane is a lovely little Town with beautiful walks along the river, fantastic bars, restaurants and cafes. It has a golf course, tennis court and various supermarkets. The perfect stop off loaction for exploring Central Scotland with various tourist attractions only a short journey away by train, bus or car. Other things to note Our guests should know we are keeping up to date with air bnb's Covid-19 cleaning regulations.
