It is located in the center of Perequê, in Porto Belo, 5 min from Meia Praia and close to Bombinhas. It has market and restaurant options a few meters. The space For the comfort of our guests, the duplex has: - Living room with Smart TV and air conditioning; - Dining table with 6 seats; - Full kitchen with stove, duplex refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, Air-fryer, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, mixer, pans, dishes and utensils; - Laundry with washing machine, tank and clothesline; - Toilet. On the second floor, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning: - 1 suite with double bed and sea view balcony and Smart TV; - 1 bedroom with double bed, Smart TV and sea view balcony; - 1 bedroom with single bunk bed and auxiliary bed and Smart TV; - 1 bathroom. In addition, we offer: - Hotel quality bed and bath linen (extra bed linen is charged by Seazone); - Wifi 100 MB available; - 2 uncovered parking spaces. NOTE: Please be informed that the condominium’s swimming pool will be closed due to renovation work. The duplex is located in a small residential condominium, with a common leisure area with swimming pool and Gourmet Space* with 2 barbecue grills facing the sea (right in front of the unit). * The use of barbecue grills must be scheduled with the host. * During the months of May to July, the fishermen's colony holds a mullet fishing vigil on the beach, in front of the living room window, but on the beach sand. * The cleaning included in the rate is done only at check-out. If the guest wants an extra cleaning during their stay, an additional cleaning fee will apply. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, along with sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half of the cleaning fee. Come, relax, have fun, and don't worry about anything else :) Guest access Contact Seazone to find out which spaces are restricted to owners and which are available to guests :) Other things to note IMPORTANT: - Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; - Check-out: by 11:00 AM; - For check-ins after 8:00 PM, there is an additional convenience fee of R$ 50 until 10:00 PM and R$ 100 after 10:00 PM; - For same-day bookings, additional waiting time may be required due to the host’s travel time to the property; - Additional bed/bath linen and cleaning are requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone; - The entry of guests and/or visitors who exceed the property's capacity or who are not listed in the reservation is prohibited; - Smoking is not allowed; - Pets are not allowed; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, with fines applied; - Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; - Any disrespect for condominium/neighborhood rules is the guest's responsibility, in addition to fines; - For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, which includes a new cleaning of the property and the replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay; - Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide identification documents for data verification.
