Relax with your family in this loft in the middle of the countryside and close to the beach. 15-30 minutes from the best beaches on the Costa Brava Fanals, Cala Sant Francesc, Cala Trons, Cala Santa Cristina, Cala Baells, Tossa de Mar, S'Agaró, Palamós, Torre Valentina, and Sant Feliu de Guixols. It will be on a 2000-meter plot with a small swimming pool. These spaces are to be shared. In the municipality, we have a public swimming pool and a great gastronomic offer in the different bars and restaurants at very reasonable prices. The space The loft where you will be staying is an open space with separations between the double bedroom and the dining-kitchen area. It will be about 45 square meters. The sofa bed is in the dining room. The entrance is independent and we live in the upper part of the house. We'll be happy for you to use the pool, barbecue, hammocks, and ping pong table Guest access The pool, garden, play areas, and barbecue are at your disposal. It's for family use and we have no problem sharing them In the countryside there are bugs and it is an inevitable thing. We live in the countryside and at home (outside the apartment, of course) there are ants, lizards, wasps, bees, and some mosquitoes. Other things to note Access to the apartment is independent of the house. Parking is inside our property. We like children. Guests have a tourist tax of 1 euro per person per day for those over 16 years of age. It must be paid before your arrival and through Airbnb. This tax IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PRICE.
