A cozy peaceful 1bedroom unit suitable for couples, travelers and business trips. Our building is centrally-located right in the middle of METRO MANILA (Edsa Mandaluyong- directly connected to Boni MRT station) and is 10-15mins away from business districts like BGC, ORTIGAS and MAKATI. You also have access to a mall and a 24hr convenience store. Amenities include swimming pool and jogging path. This is strictly a non smoking unit and building and no pets allowed. The space Cozy, peaceful, fully furnished unit with balcony. Guest access Guests with 30days booking has a free access to swimming pool. For daily and weekly stays, there will be a 150 pesos fee for a whole day swimming pool access. Other things to note There will be some requirements that needs to be signed and filled out prior to check in date. All guests are required to submit 2 valid IDs (for 30 days and up bookings) for daily, weekly stay only one valid ID is required. Host will give you the full instructions after confirmed bookings. To avoid hassles/delays in getting inside the premises, please submit all the requirements at least 3 days prior to move in date. All these requirements are strictly implemented. Our check-in time is at 2pm and earliest is at 12noon, check-out is at 11am and latest is 12noon, beyond that will be the discretion of the host. For short term guests you are allowed to only have 2 visitors and need to inform your host, so, the host will advise the admin that you are allowed to accept visitors. No overnight stay. I don't charge cleaning fee, so, kindly tidy the place before leaving.
