The space The success of Minicasa Brasileira is also related to the location chosen to develop the project. Our four units of the smallest house in Brazil are in a 3,000-square-meter grove in the highest part of Sorocaba. In some parts of the woods, we can see the city in the distance, down below. Our property is all protected by high walls. We have security cameras installed at strategic points. We are very dedicated to ensuring the protection and privacy of our guests. When a reservation is confirmed, we immediately send all the details in a video about how to get here. And it's very easy to find our grove. We are just 1 km away from the Raposo Tavares highway. And the road is all paved up to here. Caputera is a rarity. Downtown is just 15 minutes away. But here, the atmosphere is that of a farm, a country house. Here we live in the countryside, listening to birds all the time and feeling the cool breeze. It's a matter of physical and mental health for people to hang out here! It's practically a rural neighborhood within Sorocaba. Guest access Each Minicasa has its own mini-pool. Prepare your drink and snacks. On hot days, you can bathe in fresh, pure artesian well water. Just fill the pool with a thousand liters of water and it is only 50 centimeters deep. In a few minutes, you'll be ready for a relaxing dip! The mini-pool accommodates up to four people. Because of the pandemic, we chose to replace the water after each stay. This way, we ensure everyone's hygiene and protection. We are installing heaters so that your bath can be extended into the evening and dawn. At night, it is also an invitation to the bonfire. Each Minicasa has its own private fire pit space. To ensure your relaxation, we have hammocks. You hang on the hooks available in the woods and stay as long as you want enjoying the shade of the trees and the cool breeze. The smallest house in Brazil is only 9 m², with powerful and silent air-conditioning, great internet and isolation to protect you from the pandemic. You're safe when you come here. At Minicasa Brasileira, you have a great kitchen with a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and oven. You'll find all the utensils and seasonings to get cooking right away! We offer a kit of skewers and barbecue knives, various types of coarse salt, a board and a mini-barbecue. You just need to bring the meat and charcoal. We are passionate about coffee! If you are also a fan, you will be pleased to know that we provide an electric kettle, thermos, cloth strainer, coffee machine, mini-strainer, Italian coffee maker and French press for your enjoyment. Oh, we also provide a very special coffee powder produced on a small farm in the countryside of São Paulo that belongs to our family. There are 4 mini-houses with their own private pools, hammocks, fire pit space and individual barbecues. Each unit has its own private leisure equipment.
