The space The flat offers a spacious and peaceful bedroom, ideal for relaxing. It has access to a shared balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh air, and an inviting garden. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals, with all the necessary utensils provided. The living room, with a sofa bed and dining table, is a versatile space for socialising. The bathroom, with elegant touches, offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay. For added comfort, the apartment includes air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests have access to the entire flat, including the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, balcony, patio and laundry room. You can also enjoy the shared garden. Other things to note In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence of a violation (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied. If you require a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a replacement fee will apply (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a €40 charge after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock and a technical intervention is needed, the cost will be determined upon request. We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment!
