The space Le Maître is our “maison de maître” – hence its rather imposing name  It can comfortably welcome 8 to 10 people but we are also delighted to welcome smaller parties who are looking for a bigger property. Completely renovated in 2021, Le Maître is a very spacious, three-storey beautiful stone-built house with blue shutters. It has a huge L-shaped kitchen and dining room, exposed stone wall and a wonderful, original chestnut beam. There is oodles of space in the well-equipped kitchen which has a range cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. Perfect for creating delicious meals for friends and family. Also on the ground floor is a spacious lounge with a wood-burning stove and TV (French and English programmes available as in both our other gîtes). Free Wi-Fi. On the first floor, there is a large family bedroom with 2 double beds, a second bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, a family bathroom and a bright and airy landing space complete with day-bed – a perfect reading corner or, if you need the extra space, a third (single) bedroom. On the second floor, you will find a large twin bedroom, a further double bedroom with incredible beams and a shower room. Also available on the landing space is a sofa-bed and a lovely, old-fashioned chair – again a perfect spot for relaxing or a further single bedroom. Le Maître has its own private garden with patio and barbecue and super views across to our small lake. The garden is completely fenced.
