Riverside cottage (private river in the yard)

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Sana is a paradise for those who seek tranquility and contact with nature. Super cozy, spacious house with 5 bedrooms (3 suites), gourmet area overlooking the river, pergola and shower. The house already comes equipped with kitchen items (stove, microwave, fridge and freezer). In the gourmet area we have a barbecue and a cooktop. The river Sana runs through our backyard and is great for bathing. The house is only 4 km from the center of Arraial do Sana. The space Our house is very cozy, airy and very quiet. The river runs right in the back of our backyard and we have a hammock and a pergola so you can rest and enjoy the little wind and noise of the river. The gourmet area is fully integrated with the garden and river, a place conducive to barbecues or spend time on the balcony. Our little corner of paradise. Inside the house are 3 bedrooms (being a suite for couples) and in the annex of the balcony are 2 more external suites. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and the private river that passes in our backyard. Other things to note Bed and bath linens are not included. Pillows are available in the house. Note: We do not charge a cleaning fee, so I ask that the house be returned in the same conditions as it was delivered: organized, without garbage or unwashed dishes. There is no cell phone service provider in the region. Anyway we have wifi in the house. On the countertop next to the entrance door to the house, there is a spare gas cylinder in case any of the ones in use are over.
