Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a small private antechamber and ensuite bathroom. This floor also features a kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, and two terraces. One bedroom provides direct access to one of the terraces, while the second terrace is accessible from the living room. Downstairs, the third bedroom is situated within an independent studio flat, which includes one double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, and a living room. From all the windows of the villa and the terraces, you can enjoy a fabulous view over the sea and the beautiful garden. The bus stops for the coastal bus and the local bus are just a 5-minute walk away. The local bus services the upper part of Praiano and Positano, with stops above the “Marina di Praia” beach and other beaches between the two villages. Villa Zezelio is located on one of the most characteristic pedestrian streets of Praiano, which leads to the “Cala La Gavitella” beach, reachable within a 10-minute walk.
