The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the Old Town and 10 minutes walk from the Lake. Suitable for a couple but it can accommodate up to 4 people. The space The apartment, bright and recently renovated, consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a large living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a long balcony overlooking the city. The apartment is fully airconditioned. It is located on the second floor of a building of the 60', overlooking a tree-lined avenue along the walls of the Old Town. From the apartment you can reach the center in a few minutes, where you can find exclusive stores and buildings of historical interest. In the area there is a variety of excellent restaurants and cafes. The lake and the train station of San Giovanni are in walking distance, less than 15 minutes. A private outdoor parking space 100 m from the apartment is available upon advance request, at no extra cost.
