It features a dining room with a table for 8, a living room with a sofa and Smart TV (Netflix available), and 3 bedrooms: one suite with a double bed and two additional bedrooms with bunk beds and trundle beds, plus a second full bathroom. New air conditioning units (installed in 2024 and 2025) and direct access to the balcony, which also connects to the living room. The kitchen comes with basic utensils, dishware, and a recently replaced stove and refrigerator to ensure greater comfort during your stay. The spacious balcony is one of the highlights — it includes a barbecue grill, table, chairs, a sink, and a retractable awning. Perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach! Please note: – Bed linen and towels are not provided, but we’re happy to share the contact of a local rental service. Guest access Check-in and Check-out Notice Flexible times if there are no guests arriving or leaving on the same day.
