All new 2-bedroom apartment + TV&Netflix

Just renovated the whole place, upgraded the Queen bed and all the linen/duvet. Was very expensive so I want to welcome you to my home 😅 It's in the middle of the capital area so very close to basically everything. (I highly recommend Sky Lagoon, you could even take a scooter for 5 mins to get there) It has everything you need. If not, let me know. Free parking - Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom + Two very nice sleeping arrangements and option for a Cot/Crib. Perfect sofa to rest as well. The space This bright and modern apartment features two cozy bedrooms, a spacious living area with a large sectional sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The dining space comfortably seats 4 (+4). Large windows provide great natural light and a view of the garden area outside. It’s perfect for couples, families, or small groups. I've added an optional cot/crib as well if needed. If needed the sofa table can be expanded. We have egg cooker Coffee machine Kettle Microwave Fridge/freezer TV with Netflix/YouTube/Etc Nice balcony for the evening sun. If I'm missing anything crucial you can always request and I try my best to provide. Guest access Plenty of parking spaces. 2 minute walk to a great playing field and a valley you can take nice walks. 2 minute drive to Sky Lagoon and 5 minutes to both shopping malls. Restaurant and grocery store on the street above the house, walking distance. Also recommended the Icelandic swimming pools, Kópavogslaug is very nearby for example. Other things to note The apartment was fully renovated just recently with brand new flooring, fresh paint, modern lighting, and thoughtful touches to enhance everything!
