The space The house renovated at 2019 with unique and exquisite industrial style decoration. Its renovation was made with respect and with care to preserve the atmosphere of the building and the aesthetics of the industrial area. It is 70 sq/m sunny house,fully air conditioned,with excellent wi fi connection, can accommodate up to 4 guests .Two guests can sleep in the big bedroom with double bed and two in the attic bedroom with double bed . The space is designed for you to relax and is equipped for practical living. We would like to encourage our guests to feel like home during their stay The house is split in two levels First floor -An open space kitchen fully equipped ( refrigerator,heaters oven, toaster,coffee maker,espresso machine, mixer,microwave oven,householditems e.t.c.) so you can prepare any breakfast and meal. -A living room with a smart tv player, books, board games for relaxing time. -Under the stairs is a place for the washing machine. You can also find iron and ironing board and house cleaners. Second floor -One attic dreamy bedroom with double bed and a window looking to the neighborhood. In the bedroom you can find a swing -One comfortable bedroom with double bed, air condition, wordrob and two windows looking to the small neighborhood square -A bathroom with a beautiful view to the port were you can find a hair dryer shampoo, shower, body lotion,hand shop, toilet paper, towels etc. Guest access It is an independent property. Other things to note The house does not have private parking but there is a lot of free space around the house you can park your car safety.
