Villa Pecille - La Loggia apartment

La Loggia (up to 8 guests) is one of the five fully independent apartments with a kitchenette that make up Villa Pecille, a finely restored 17th-century manor house overlooking the spectacular Conca d'Oro of Panzano in Chianti. Each apartment is completely independent, with its own private outdoor space and barbecue, and shares the pool and laundry with the rest of the Villa. The space La Loggia is the largest apartment in Villa Pecille and occupies the first floor of the historic villa. The entrance consists of two short flights of stairs that lead to a "loggia" (covered porch) overlooking the village of Panzano. From here you immediately enter an impressive dining room with an original 1795 stone fireplace. Just outside the dining room is an elegant living room, beautifully furnished and decorated with quality fabrics and antique furniture, with large windows offering a view of the Conca d'Oro. There are four spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The bedrooms are all fully air-conditioned and from each room you can enjoy a view of the countryside. The very large and well-equipped kitchen offers access to the private terrace, equipped for outdoor living. Guest access The La Loggia apartment has two entrances, one on two short flights of stairs from the main terrace of the villa and the other on the back garden. Private off-road parking is located just beyond the pool area. Villa Pecille can be reached via 300 meters of unpaved agricultural road, easily accessible to all cars. Other things to note All household linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided, and heating/air conditioning and wifi are included in the cost. The rental of the apartment also includes a light midweek cleaning and final cleaning. For stays longer than a week, bed linen and towels are changed at the end of each week.
