Penalty charges may apply for non-compliance, as supervised by Condo Admin. We highly appreciate your cooperation. 1. 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀: Please do not leave any valuables unattended. We are not responsible for any loss. 2. 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀: Hanging clothes or any fabric on the balcony is prohibited. Penalty: ₱1,000 per offense. Payable to the administration. 3. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹: Do not leave trash in the hallway. Place it INSIDE the unit or directly in the GARBAGE CHUTE located in front of Unit 2218. 4. 𝗡𝗼𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗼𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: Avoid loitering and excessive noise in the hallways. Please limit noise inside the room as a courtesy to other guests/tenants. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. The ₱500 fee for violations is payable to the administration. 5. 𝗗𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲: In case of damage, we will claim the security deposit from your Airbnb account (subject to Airbnb investigation) 6. 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗞𝗲𝘆/𝗞𝗲𝘆𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱: The cost for a lost key/keycard is ₱2,000. 7. 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹: The swimming pool can get crowded on holidays and weekends, as it is for the use of all guests. 8. 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻: Each child is considered one person for the purposes of occupancy. 9. 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: STRICTLY NO SMOKING. FEE: ₱3,000. 10. 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝘀: Please wash the dishes before leaving the unit. • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁: Please note that it is best to have mobile data as backup, as the Wi-Fi connection inside the unit may sometimes be unstable. • 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲: STRICT CHECK-OUT TIME. 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞-𝗜𝗡𝗦: • 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Register at the Lobby and present 1 Government ID for verification purposes. • 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗜𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲: Please manage your expectations that check-in time may take up to 30 minutes as Cityland management needs to validate the guest list for security purposes. • 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲: There may be a waiting time during registration and while using elevators, especially during weekends and holidays. • 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆: Only REGISTERED GUESTS listed during booking are allowed to enter the unit. Guests are not allowed to ACCEPT VISITORS. • 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: Guests are expected to leave the unit clean and tidy. • 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: We are not responsible for bad weather.
