Gorgeous room in Manly - close to wharf and beach

MUST LOVE PETS.. You'll be sharing the apartment with me and my two cats and my rescue dog (Captain Fluffy Paws 4 years old, Cleo 15 years old & loves to sleep & Billie Jean approx. 7 years old). I'm very quiet (I often work from home). Yes, a mini farm! I'm very clean & tidy (I have a cleaner come weekly). But albeit having a cleaner, I do have two fluffy Ragdoll cats who leave fluff haha. For coffee drinkers, I have a Breville Nespresso coffee machine plus a variety of teas. The space A stone's throw away from Many Wharf, and up to a 10 min stroll to the beach, this apartment is in the perfect location. As I have 3 fluffy pets, I have made my listing probably the most affordable in Manly due to the fluff here and there. Keeping that in mind, I am 5 star clean :) I am located towards the bottom of a hill (a steep street), so there is a little bit of hill that you need to walk up. It is great exercise (A lot of Manly is quite hilly). There is a free hop-on hop-off bus from Manly Corso to my home - would be a max 3-5 minute trip by bus, and the stop is right near my home. I am on the middle floor of a three-story apartment building so there are some stairs to walk up (maybe about 15-20). There are two entrances to the building with one having no stairs. The street is quite busy during the day with car traffic, but much quieter in the evening. The bedroom is located at the side of the building so not directly on the street front (my bedroom is on the street front). If you see the reviews, I haven't had many guests complain about this - most sleep really well and love the bed :) I have the two cats and a dog. I am clean and tidy and try my best to ensure there is no fluff but it is hard. If you love animals you will love it here. All the animals are very friendly. People love Captain Fluffy Paws (like LOVE him). Billie-Jean is very quiet but she being a rescue she has some habits I am trying to break like seeing dogs on a tv she starts to bark and when people open a door - I am working with her to stop this. She is getting better every day. I am very proud of this little dog. The room has a large wardrobe & smart tv so you can watch all your favourite streaming services (you will need to log into your services). I ensure it's a cat-free zone - the door is always closed to the little kitties (unless you decide otherwise :) The bed is double in size and lifts up for extra storage. It is a decent size bedroom and gets nice light in there during the day. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher & wine chiller. The washing machine sits in the kitchen with an area in the bathroom to hang laundry (or out in the common area). Other than offering Nespresso coffee and tea (a variety of T2's) I also offer fruit and bottles of water. In the lounge area, you can set up to work remotely. I have a desk in my bedroom so the lounge area (dining table) can be used if you need to work whilst you are staying in my home. The bathroom is lovely and has space to put toiletries etc. It has a heated floor and towel rail. Regards to parking it is very difficult in Manly. I don't have parking but have a pass if you wish to park your car (this allows you to park all day and not get fined - yay) and I always find parking but sometimes it does take a bit of time. This is a little price to pay for such a beautiful area :) Guest access I have a parking permit to park your car if you decide to drive. That allows street parking - I can show you which streets to park in (Tower Hill permit). Parking can be quite difficult in Manly so please allow extra time to find a street parking spot. During your stay I love to chat but also I appreciate that you are here for a holiday. I'm always here if you need anything. Other things to note I can possibly allow pets. I have two cats and a dog - it would depend on the type of animal that you have. They would have to be cat-friendly and of course, toilet trained. :) Registration Details PID-STRA-27686
