The property is for a maximum of twelve (12) people, noting that children cannot be added to this limit (the child is counted in the total). We reserve the right to verify compliance with this standard. We DO NOT accept the use of cigarettes, cigars and the like inside the house. We also DO NOT ALLOW guests to bring mattresses/mats of any kind for the purpose of accommodating more people than previously agreed. Violation of these ground rules (host policy) will result in a fine and/or termination of the lease without the right to a refund of the amount paid as a daily rate.
