Guest access The property is located within a fenced area of almost 7,000 m2, a few minutes from the airport, with the main tourist attractions and famous beaches easily accessible. Off-street parking is also available, and using a car is practically essential to make the most of a vacation in Las Pergolas. Other things to note Taking care of the environment: the recent renovations aimed to maximize the recovery, conservation and reuse of the original materials, as well as to promote local craftsmanship. Las Pergolas' carbon footprint has been significantly reduced thanks to the extensive use of the sun for the production of photovoltaic energy with storage batteries and domestic hot water, while water is optimized through wastewater recovery, settling, and filtering systems that, together with rainwater recovery systems, help irrigate the lush garden. The irrigation system still benefits from the presence of an old aljibe, which is still in perfect working order. Since the completion of the renovation work and the installation of the photovoltaic and solar thermal systems, almost 90% of Las Pergolas' total energy needs have been met through self-production and self-consumption, including not only the electricity and hot water used on site, but also the recharging of the electric vehicle used for the property's needs.
