This big ground floor 1-bedroom apartment stands out with a comfortable kingsize bed, nice bathroom and spacious fully equipped kitchen. You are welcome to use bikes during your stay free of charge to get on a bike path to the city & the beaches (10 min). The space The modern apartment features fiber optic WiFi (300Mbps), smart TVs in each room and a kingsize bed (2m). The living room and the bedroom have two separate and well maintained air conditions which are being disinfected regularly. The kitchen is equipped with 4-flame electric stove, big fridge with freezer, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine and blender. Enjoy sitting on your private porch with pool view. From there you have access directly to the swimming pool area through a private gate on your porch. Feel free to relax on the sun beds at the pool area where you will also find two barbecue stations for preparing your dinner. Guest access The private parking lot is right in front of the apartment, which is located on the ground floor. We provide two bicycles during your stay to roam around for free! Other things to note Electricity comes extra (not included). Rate: 5 MXN / KWh. The meter is being read at check-in and check-out.
