Casa Punta Mandarina in Punta de Zicatela

Beautiful and spacious house located in Punta Zicatela, just a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, bars, surf schools and other attractions in the area. It is a perfect place to work and rest, enjoy the proximity to busy places and, simultaneously, the tranquility of the place. Work on one side of the pool, from the room with AC or from the terrace overlooking the bay, or simply rest in a beautiful and quiet space. The space The house has 3 floors, with a terrace with panoramic views. On the second floor is the bedroom with AC, fan and full bathroom. On the first floor is the well-equipped kitchen and a dining bar, plus a half bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed and fan (no AC). Similarly, a covered pool surrounded by a small garden, a small table with two chairs and an outdoor shower. It has excellent fiber optic and satellite Wi-Fi for digital nomads. However, you should know that there are situations beyond our control, such as when the electricity service in the area is interrupted. If this happens, there are cafes and coworking sites just a few minutes walk away. We are looking for conscious and respectful guests to help us not harm the environment any more. We have water filters to avoid single-use plastic bottles. Our bath products are biodegradable and we do not apply toxic pesticides, so there may be harmless ants and other small insects typical of the region. We provide an environmentally friendly spray to be used as needed. For stays longer than 7 days, cleaning must be done at the guest's expense (450 MXN). Guest access We do not have car parking inside the property, but you can leave it on the street, in front of the property. It's a safe area. Motorcycles and ATVs do have a space. Other things to note Construction noise can be heard throughout the Punta Zicatela area during the day. But we have no neighboring or nearby buildings.
