The space This apartment of 47 square meters is fully renovated and all the elements are new. There is a private terrace upstairs with a couch, dining area, a barbecue and two hammocks. The bedroom is quiet and cozy. The bed is queen-sized (160 cm). There are also an AC, a wardrobe and a mirror. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, microwave, electric stove, knives, plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, plates, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a dining table. There is a sofa that could be transformed into a bed for 1 adult or 2 kids, a smart TV, and a small balcony in the main area. Guest access You will have the entire apartment and a private rooftop terrace with a hot tub at your disposal. We hope you will make yourself at home. Other things to note - Please note that access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock the interior door.
