Excellent private room, totally independent with a private bathroom, mini kitchen (except stove), coffee, A/C, Wi-Fi, Netflix, hot water and comfort. Excellent for 1 person, but there is room for 2 people a cozy space. The space the building where the room is located is inhabited by university students in its majority, it is a very quiet, safe and cozy place. For us it is a priority that our guests feel 100% comfortable. we will be at your disposal at all times with only one call or a text message. Guest access Inside the building our guests can enjoy our warm weather, sunbathe or enjoy sunsets in a small deck located on the 3rd floor. During your stay we are a young couple, we love to share and socialize, it can happen that if we have a kareoke in the house or plans to go to the beach we invite our guest of the moment to accompany us and enjoy with us.
