You’ll love it The space This unit, remodeled Deer Valley style has many quality upgrades. On the second floor, the ceilings are high and views lovely. Tiled entrance is attractive Chinese slate leading to hewn hardwood. A full kitchen has ample amenities. Enjoy the attractive copper countertops or cover with a tablecloth. The smaller bathroom comes with a tub and high shower nozzle. The King bed is memory foam with a new 1.5” egg crate topper, very comfortable! Turn it to a couch if needed. But it’s easiest leaving this as a bed, and keeping the futon as the couch. It’s very easy to fold away the bunks! A wood wall opens to 2 adult sized twin bunkbeds also with 1.5” egg crate foam, and new Ugg comforters. The flat screen TV has many channels plus HBO and Cinemax. A gas lit corner fireplace heats up the place nicely, thermostat is in the entry. RO drinking water always has a fresh filter for drinking and cooking. Included is a large storage unit 3 doors left of the front door. Use for gear, equipment, suitcases, and clothes to allow ample room in the unit. Just outside the building is the free shuttle, the Red and Yellow Line. Park anywhere in our large off-street parking lot. The dumpster is at the end of the lot, as is the entrance to the bike trail, and hiking trails. A tiny park is just across the lot. The Clubhouse 2 blocks away is where you pick up your keys, and is the location of a large jacuzzi, pool (open in the Summer), coin op double laundry facility, ATM, huge fireplace, and Sundance Film Fest Theater. Guest access Access into the condo, spa, and laundry room is with the credit card style key provided by the front desk at 2175 Sidewinder Dr. We have a free off-street parking lot just outside the building, any space. A car pass must be in your car at all times. It is located in the unit’s entry hallway. The Bus Stop is yards from the building and takes you virtually everywhere! We are the Red and Yellow Lines in the neighborhood of Prospector Square. Other things to note Important safely info and tips: 1) Please keep all ski boots in entryway and do not walk on wood floors with ski boots. 2) Be careful when using top bunk. For lower bunk: extend both legs fully before use! 3) To use shower, pull down ring at the end of faucet for three seconds. It changes from bath to shower water. Use the RO water system. The spikes is on kitchen faucet. Tap water is ‘hard’. 4) If the pilot light goes out, turn oven on to broil and crack the door. 5) For best air at night turn thermostat to 65 and leave slider open very slightly. 6) Building entry needs the key to access.
