The Rocks of Cady

Classified and labeled "4 épis" by Gîte de France, Les Rocs du Cady is a 4* cottage located at the foot of Mont Canigou, 1 hour from the Mediterranean Sea, Spain and Andorra. This property is located on a large fenced plot in a quiet neighborhood with views of the peaks, facing south. At the bottom of a rocky plateau, a green garden and glass enamel pools are offered to you in an idyllic setting. The space The accommodation consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size bed (180), flat screen and independent bathroom for each, spread over 3 levels. A fourth smaller air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed. The two twin beds are in a row over the bedroom on the ground floor , ideal for a couple with 2 children. You have 2 folding cribs and 2 high chairs for couples with babies. The fully equipped kitchen, cathedral lounge, and living room are on the first floor. The garden is fenced and you have no neighbors opposite. Guest access The accommodation is accessible for 10 people and 2 babies, it has a surface area of about 180 m2 on 3 levels with a fully fenced garden of more than 1000m2, located due south and quiet . You can relax around a magnificent heated pool in glass enamel, secured by an audible alarm, with its large tiled beach equipped with deckchairs and parasols. You can also enjoy a superb spa , very well heated, which overlooks the large pool and which is just exceptional . The pétanque court is very popular with our guests whether during the day or at night as well as the pingpong table. Whether it's leisure or relaxing, everything is designed for you to have a fabulous stay. For your outdoor meals, a shaded space under 2 mulberry plane trees is also very much appreciated. You also have a pergola closer to the kitchen and a gas plancha for your grills. These spaces are very well lit in the evening for your meals at night. To make it easier for you to get around at night, the entire property is lit. The entrance to the parking lot (location for up to 3 cars) is via a large sliding gate. Upon request, a surveillance camera can be activated at night for added security for your vehicles. Other things to note We provide petanque balls and ping pong rackets. For your grills and meals outdoors, a gas plancha is available for your use. The accommodation is non-smoking but you can outside except in the hot tub and pool. The wifi (fiber) is of good quality throughout the accommodation as well as in the garden. We occupy an independent apartment on the north side of the villa on the ground floor with its private parking. The maintenance of the pools and outdoor beaches is done regularly discreetly, very early in the morning. The pools have an impeccable water quality. You don't take care of anything, just enjoy your vacation. The property is equipped with several cameras that are inactive during your stay except that of monitoring the pool heat pumps
