Forget your worries & take a break from the hussel & bussel. This studio guest suite is attached to the side of an occupied main house with own entrance, parking & is a private space for guests. Situated on an acre, you are surrounded by tall gum trees & the sound of wildlife. The property is gated & has a dog. The space is fully self contained with queen bed, ensuite & kitchen. Sit outside with a cupa/wine/beer & enjoy listening to the wildlife. The perfect break away. The space Situated on an acre, there are tall gum trees giving shade & an array of wildlife. The property is fully fenced with gate access and a dog that will come and greet you. There is a mud kitchen, sandpit & zip line available for kids to play infront of the house. Bird bath & feeder attracts the local wildlife. Guest suite is open plan with queen bed & king single bunks if needed. It is fully self contained with all you need as per pictures. Continental breakfast option provided. For guests who want a break from cooking, Jimboomba is only a short drive & has great eat-in or take away food options (refer to locality guidebook). Ensuite shower has hand held shower head for ease of use with kids and there is baby bath, high chair & porta cot available on request. Dining/study space. Lounge area has free to air TV channels & some DVDs. Old school Radio/tape player & alarm clock radio also available. There is also a little seating area out front of suite where you can have a cupa to start your day amongst the bird life or have a wine/beer in the afternoon to wind down from the day, kick back & relax. Guest access Own transport is necessary as the closest public transport is on the Mt Linsey Hwy by Cedar Vale Rd intersection - 2.8kms away. Parking is off street but not undercover. Come through gate & take driveway to front of house, park next to or in front of the guest suite. Emergency undercover parking subject to availability in the event of a storm. There is one bus that runs from Beaudesert to Browns Plains. Then Grand Plaza shopping centre in Browns Plains is closest public transport hub to catch buses from or into the city. Or alternatively heading to Orion shopping centre in Springfield or Beenleigh to catch the train into the city. Other things to note Our property is rural. It is not neatly manicured but more of a relaxed place to stay. Please be mindful of bindis/prickles - wearing shoes outside is recommended. Although it is rare (especially given we have dogs on the property) it is still important to practice snake safety - keep screen doors closed at all times, watch where you’re walking & keep to car windows up/doors shut when parked. Please supervise children at all times. Any children on the property are your responsibility at all times. Please do not leave children unattended without an adult. Please also respect owners privacy by keeping to the guest suite or front yard for children to play - behind the house & back yard is private.
