The room has a dressing table, chair, hairdryer and 32" TV with firestick. Kettle tea and coffee in your room. The bathroom is next to your room, with a shower over the bath. Dedicated off road parking space. Microwave and space in fridge available on request. 3 cats live here and may sleep in your room at times. Guest access Guest bedroom, bathroom and shared kitchen. The sitting room is not available, there is a 32" TV in your room with firestick, and you can eat in there or the shared kitchen. During your stay I will give you your space, but I'm around if you need anything. Other things to note This room is women only due to shared spaces agreed with AirBnb Sorry, strictly no smoking or vaping inside or outside, heavy drinking, or coming back intoxicated. Strictly no pets allowed. Not suitable if returning late, sorry.
