A Tiny Garden House.. directly outside the house your view looks onto Hove’s beach huts and the seafront. A peaceful garden retreat to chill.. that’s only a 20 min bus ride or 15 minute bike ride into the centre of Brighton for theatre, restaurants, nightclubs, Brighton Festival and Fringe and sightseeing. There is one very comfortable double bed 😊 The space The Tiny Garden House looks out onto the private garden nook with seating, for your use only. You are only 2 minutes walk from the sea and Hove Lagoon where you can book watersports activities (let me know if you are interested in this when you book and I will help arrange activities with you) or pop into Fat Boy Slim’s cafe for a coffee, he served our breakfast last week. That said Hove Lagoon beach is our favourite place and a stones throw from the Tiny Garden House. There is a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. You have a kettle, toaster, microwave, wine fridge (useful for milk, juice, butter). There is not an oven or hob, so if you were planning a holiday where you can cook, our tiny house wouldn’t be your best choice. There is an electric shower in the bathroom but apart from that the tiny house is eco with cold water running water in the tiny bathroom sink and tiny butler sink. Suitable for 2 people, there is one very comfortable double bed. When you arrive there will be a starter pack with croissants teabags/coffee and milk/oat milk for your first morning. You have a cafetière for fresh coffee. Please note.. We have a rather shy cat called Marmite, who you may see in the garden. She has never visited the Garden House, so anyone with allergies 🤧 won’t be affected by her. Guest access The garden nook.
