The house has 4 bedrooms with beds for 11 people, 4 bathrooms (one external to support the pool and kiosk), a living room, fully equipped kitchen integrated with a dining table, as well as a spacious laundry room. Air-conditioning in all environments. It has an outdoor area for eating. You prepare your meals while watching the traffic of boats, sailboats and ships, practically in your garden. Large green area with a beautiful kiosk with a table, chairs and barbecue, and a children's playground for guaranteed fun. For cold periods, we have a charming wood-burning stove.
