Rowan: 3 bedroom cottage with shared pool & sauna

Rowan Cottage sleeps 6 guests in three bedrooms and from the lounge this rustic stone cottage enjoys beautiful views across the valley towards the village. Very spacious, the fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining and lounge with wood-burning stove is on the upper floor along with a twin bedroom and separate toilet. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and separate family bathroom. Outside the shared courtyard has a barbecue and seating areas. Guest access Rowan Cottage is one of 9 cottages located at Newhouse Farm Cottages which is a beautiful complex of converted barns set in 30 acres of organic farmland for guests to explore. We have an indoor games room, heated indoor pool, traditional sauna, free wifi throughout, outdoor children's play areas, 9-hole crazy golf course and a small fishing lake which is all available for guests to use. The pool and games room both operate on a booking system with each cottage having a minimum of 2 x45 minute private sessions per day (except departure day). Footpaths wind steeply down to the river and lake, offering quiet corners and picnic spots. As the land is not actively farmed and is free from pesticides and fertilisers we have an abundance of wildlife including the resident badgers, barn owls, hares and deer.
