Sleeping up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms, Catalina Cottage has 2 queen beds and a third bedroom containing a bunk bed and a single bed (note: the mattresses in this room are smaller in width). Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity, and a hairdryer. The toilet is located outside, approximately 4 metres from the back door of the house. The living areas at Catalina Cottage are equipped for comfort, with a reverse cycle split system air-conditioner in the main living area and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, the lounge, and the dining room. The spacious lounge room offers views across the front garden and includes a television with a DVD player, a collection of board games, a turntable with vinyl records, a CD player, and a radio for entertainment. The compact yet well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, cooktop, microwave, and a large fridge with a freezer on top. Additional kitchen appliances include a coffee plunger, coffee grinder (guests can bring their own beans or purchase locally), kettle, toaster, sandwich press, electric beater, and blender. Laundry facilities are conveniently located within the bathroom and include a front-load washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. A rotary clothesline is available in the rear yard. Outside, the property features a large, unfenced yard with a shaded lawn area, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. The undercover outdoor entertaining area includes dining and seating options, as well as a Weber Q family gas barbecue. The front verandah, overlooking the lawned garden, provides additional seating for guests to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Catalina Cottage offers off-street parking for up to 3 cars, with ample space for a boat. Please note, there is no garage access for guests. Located just a 3-minute walk from Moonta Bay beach, Catalina Cottage is perfectly positioned for a seaside escape to Yorke Peninsula. The Moonta Bay jetty and Splashdown waterpark (seasonal opening times) are only a 10-minute walk away, and the house's central location ensures easy access to the local attractions. Generally, nothing is provided in the way of food items. Guests need to bring their own tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and other food stuffs.
