Malls and markets are just everywhere like SM City, Hypermarket, Xentro Mall, Waltermart, Shopwise, Savemore and Robinsons, very near the city proper, Bus Grand Terminal, good transit point to Batangas Port going to Mindoro, Puerto Galera & other Visayas province. The space One storey bungalow house (no high stairway to climb), with wider big rooms, strong wooden beds, mattresses are all standard quality for guest comfort. Each room is fully air conditioned and well maintained, living room specially. Big garage is reserved for guest only. In terms of amenities, everything is provided. Guest access Guest can access dining area, living room, private kitchen, laundry, garage, and many more.. Other things to note I have a small grocery store at the other side, but it won't create any annoyance to the guests.
