This special place is located in the heart of Österlen, making it easy to plan your stay. The traditional road house of 100 m2 has been renovated in stages and is now a comfortable accommodation for 5-8 people with walking distance to train station & grocery store. It is 10 minutes by car to Simrishamn, Brantevik and the sea, and 20 minutes to Karl-Fredrik, Kivik, Mandelmans and Alestenar. After today's excursions, there is the possibility to barbecue & enjoy the garden. Feel free to start from here & discover lovely Österlen. The space The living area is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a hall, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and dryer. The kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 dining areas and the living room (with TV) are also open plan. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms and a toilet. The first bedroom has a 90 cm bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with an 80 cm and a 120 cm bed. The third bedroom has a double bed. There is also an extra bed that can be folded up in the desired room. All rooms have the option of hanging and/or storing clothes and 2 rooms also have a desk. Fiber connection is planned to be installed before the summer, but no promise when booking. The garden has furniture, a hammock and a charcoal grill, making it a lovely place to start and end the day after various excursions. Guest access Private parking is included by the house. Walking distance to bus and train connections. Other things to note Towels and bed linen can be pre-booked at least 2 weeks before arrival for a fee. Everything you need for cleaning before departure is in the house.
