Rebuilt with a lot of care and love after Hurricane Maria, this property offers a cozy and modern space, ideal for couples, families or travelers looking for a quiet place, in a residential and accessible area. The space The property is newly renovated and located on the first floor in a residential (non-touristy) area. Located on a busy avenue and very close to the airport. Main ● room with Queen bed, A/C, armchair and work area, including a table and office chair. ● Second room with 3 story bunk bed, A/C and fans. ● Both rooms with large closets and mirrors. ● Kitchen stocked with all the necessary utensils and dining room with 4 seats. ● Spacious room with 1 sofa bed, 1 sectional sofa and 1 TV of 45". ● A hammock, large balcony with 4 chairs, patio and private garden (ideal for pets). ●Coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, Nutribullet, rice cooker, microwave and snacks and more. ● Iron, Hair Dryer, Hair Iron. Regular and beach ● towels, and multiple sheets and pillows. Roofed ● balcony with rest areas and lots of natural light. ● Marquesina with parking for two cars and seating area with board games (chess, connect 4, ONE cards and more). Additional pet friendly outdoor ● space including beds and dishes. ● It is not allowed to do 'early check-in' without prior authorization as there may be other guests. ● We provide earplugs for each guest due to the great proximity to the airport ● No persons additional to the number of people registered in each reservation are not accepted. Unregistered additional persons have a charge of $200. IMPORTANT: You must add the exact amount of people in the reservation to provide them with the correct amount of towels, earplugs and water bottles. The property is 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Santurce (La Playita), 18 minutes from Old San Juan and 30 minutes from El Yunque our National Rainforest, among other important attractions. Guest access We accept Pets :) Bring your furry friends. They are welcome! Spacious and fast availability of Uber and taxis so you can explore every corner of the island at your own pace. Central location just steps from supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and pharmacies. Less than 15 minutes by car from beaches in Isla Verde and Piñones, Old San Juan, Santurce, shopping centers, 24/7 gas stations, airport, police station, laundry and more. ● We welcome pets. ● Self-check-in. ● Private parking with electric gate. They can also park outside so there is space for 2 cars ● Electric generator to guarantee the power supply if there is a power outage. ● Easy commute to walk to restaurants, bakery, supermarket 24hrs, gas stations, pharmacies and much more. Other things to note This space is a few minutes away from the Campo Rico hacienda where you have a variety of activities to choose from and get to know the place either on horseback, four tracks and more. Even more, close to the famous Parque Museo del Niño, La Bolera de Carolina, shopping malls, the beaches of Isla Verde, Old San Juan, El Yunque and much more. I have an extensive list of activities, restaurants, and attractions and will gladly share it with you if you need it. IMPORTANT: Due to the constant power outages that have occurred on the island since Hurricane Maria and the earthquakes, we installed a battery electric generator so that you can enjoy electricity during your vacation at all times. Just let me know if there's a problem with the electricity to turn it on.
