Lots of good restaurants public parks, grocery stores, cafes and gyms nearby. The space This private bedroom and private bathroom has a queen size bed. The front door entrance of the house has a smart lock so no keys whatsoever. Your room has a digital keypad lock for complete privacy. Your room is labeled #3 on the door. You have full use of the kitchen, living room, laundry room and front yard. The living room has a 55" TV that you can use which has a HBO Max subscription. The kitchen has the full range of appliances and utensils. The laundry room is fully stocked with essentials. Guest access - You will come in through the front door with your smart lock code that you will receive in your inbox an hour before check-in time - You will access your bedroom door with the code in the check in details - Parking is available on the street or in the driveway to the side of the house - 24-hour/7-day access - Complete access to the common areas of the house (living room, kitchen, laundry room, front yard) During your stay I can be reached through my phone number if needed Other things to note Please be aware that you are renting 1 room in a SHARED home. This room is just for 1 person. There may or may not be other guests at the house during your stay There is no smoking in and around the house. There will be a $300 cleaning fee if there are smells or damages due to smoking.
