This beautiful residence is located 400 m from the white sand beaches of Ile Rousse; slightly outside the city (300 m from the center), in an absolutely quiet location and in the middle of a beautiful garden of hydrangeas, oleanders and bougainvillea. The traditional 2-story buildings have 40 apartments, with a reception and private parking (unattended). The apartments are all very cozy and practical, on the ground floor or on the first floor, each with a veranda or balcony. Noteworthy are the beaches of Ostriconi, Lozari, Guardiola, Ghjunchitu, Bodri, Algajola and Marina di Sant'Ambrogio. A little further on, and reachable by boat, are the breathtaking beaches of Saleccia and Loto.
