Bright 3 bedroom residential home

Enjoy quick access to the city or the mountains from this residential home on west side. This modern home offers flexibility for families and kids. There is outdoor space that is all yours to enjoy. We are both teachers so we vacate our house for the summer. Renting it helps subsidize our travel. The space This is a two storey corner lot in Cougar Ridge. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The main floor features a kitchen that with a long island that is also the dining area. Laundry is on the main floor. The basement is very cozy and great for young kids. It features a fussball table, entertainment unit and a doule sized murphy bed. The second bedroom will have a single above double bunk bed (not pictured). This bed can also be divided into the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms to replace the cribs.
